AI Visibility Check

What we collect

To run a check you give us a business name, category, city and optionally a website. To buy a report you give Stripe your email and payment details; we receive your email and the payment status, never your card number.

We use PostHog for product analytics (pages viewed, checks run, purchases) with a first-party cookie. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To generate your report: business details are sent, as part of buyer-style questions, to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) via Vercel AI Gateway. Those questions contain only public information about local businesses.
To deliver your report by email (via Resend) and to answer support requests.
To understand how the product is used and improve it.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, do not send marketing email without your consent, and do not share your report with anyone. Reports are stored under an unguessable private link.

Retention

Reports and the inputs used to create them are kept so you can revisit your link. Email us to have a report deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing by emailing hello@onsightlabs.co. We answer within 30 days.
